Welcome to Unique Appliance Service Trichy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Unique Services (the legal entity). By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service Unique Appliance Service is an independent multi-brand service center located in Tiruchirappalli. We provide repair and maintenance services for Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators. We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand (e.g., LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) unless explicitly stated.
2. Service Bookings & Inspection
- All service requests are subject to technician availability.
- If the repair is carried out, the inspection fee will be waived or adjusted against the final service bill.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Estimates provided over the phone are approximate. Final pricing will be shared by the technician after a physical inspection of the appliance.
- Payments are due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, UPI, and GPay.
4. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use high-quality/genuine spare parts for all repairs.
- We provide a 90 day warranty on the specific part replaced and the labor performed. This warranty does not cover other parts of the appliance or issues caused by power surges, physical damage, or unauthorized handling after our service.
5. Limitation of Liability Unique Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or service delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
